At Villa Dimitra, we've got your back! We authorize a security deposit of €350 one (1) day before you roll up to the villa. Don't sweat it—we don’t actually charge your card; we just make sure the funds are there. 
 
After you check out and we've made sure everything’s as cool as when you arrived, we’ll cancel the hold. The funds will slide back into your account quicker than you can say “Where’s my deposit?!” Keep in mind, the speed of the refund depends on your bank, but it usually takes just a few days.

We kindly ask that smoking is permitted only in the exterior areas of the villa, such as balconies, terraces, and other outdoor spaces. This ensures a comfortable and pleasant environment for all guests. Thank you for your understanding.
